Where to start?

I've been wanting to start this blog for a while and have had no earthly idea where to start. Is there really a better place than from the beginning? Olivia Lucille was born on December 25th, 2007 at 12:09 am. She weighed 6lbs 14oz and was 20.5 inches long.

Labor was no fun at all, but it was all worth it. I won't bore you with the needless on goings of how she came into this world. They taught all of that in High school Health classes and I'm sure you'd prefer not to have a refresher. :) So here are a few pics of our daughter when she was itty bitty.

Throughout my entire pregnancy, I wondered to myself day after day what being a mother would be like. Would I be a good mother? How would my life change? What would those first months be like? The questions went on and on. I can say without any doubt, everything I imagined came out quite a bit different. Being a mother is one of the greatest and toughest things I have ever done in life. I absolutely love it. I love watching her grow, learn, and change week after week. I think it is going a bit too fast, she's going to be grown up before I know it.

Here are some fairly recent pictures of her with a little tid bit of info about them.
Miss Olivia was 5 and a half months old in this shot. We just got that new handy dandy camera and I guess the flash is a little much.

Olivia absolutely loves her jumper! In the first picture Teva Lou is making her laugh histerically. I don't know what it is about Miss Teva but when she's in the room Olivia can't take her eyes off her. About her love for the jumper, no kidding, we had to buy one to transport to my mother's house because she would through a fit not having one to play in. You're wondering "How in the world could I know that?" Well, if you were holding her she would try her best to jump up and down and then cry when she wasn't getting as much air as in the jumper. I watched some videos on youtube of 6 month olds jumping in their Jumperoo's and Olivia put them to shame. :)

Those are all just some pictures of Olivia posing. I think in some of them you can tell she's not too keen on posing for the camera. Love her heart, mom making her go through all of that torture just to get a few cute shots.

Doesn't she look adorable in her little tub. Too bad she's to big for it now!

Here she is eating some prunes for the first time. You can tell in the first picture that they are not the greatest thing in the world. Can't say that I blame her there. After a while she started to turn around and enjoy them. How, I have no idea.

That's all I have for now.
